What issue mostly caused errors to occur in Office?
Errors commonly occur in Office when users would have a network issue preventing protection or if the hard drive is running out of space. Office errors can also occur if the installation has become corrupted.

Type Settings in the search bar and open it.
Select Network and internet on the left pane then click Proxy on the right.
Under the Automatic proxy setup section, you will see two options: automatically detect settings and Use Setup Script by sliding the toggle button On or Off. To turn the automatically detect settings off drag the toggle button to Off. To turn off the Use Setup Script option, click Setup and turn it off. In a Manual proxy setup, you can choose to use a Proxy server. If the proxy server is off and you turn it on, click Save, and if the proxy server is off by default and you choose to turn it off, turn it on again after finishing using it. 3] Temporary turn off antivirus
To turn off the antivirus follow the steps below. Open Settings.
Click Privacy and security on the left, then click Windows Security on the right.
Under the Protection areas section, click Virus and Threat protection.
On the Windows security window under the Virus and Threat protection settings, click Manage settings.
On the next screen, click Real-time Protection off and Cloud-delivered protection off. Slide the button to Off. Turn the button on again after you finish. If the issue persists follow the other solution below.
4] Temporarily turn off Windows Firewall
To turn off Windows Firewall follow the steps below. Open Settings. On the Settings interface, click Privacy & Security on the left pane. Then click Windows Security under the Security section on the right.
Under the Protection areas section, Click Firewall & Network Protection.
Click Public network to open the computer network protection settings.
Under Microsoft Defender Firewall, switch the toggle button to Off. If the issue persists follow the other solution below.
5] Use a wired connection to the internet
Use a wired connection to the internet, if the issue persists, try to connect from a different location. If the issue persists follow the other solution below.
6] Install from Home
If you are trying to install Office from work or school, the network might be limited in a way that won’t allow Office to be installed, your IT department may assist you with those limitations. If not you should install Office at Home.
7] Uninstall and reinstall Office
If all of the above does not fix the issue, try to uninstall the installation package and reinstall it. To uninstall the Office installation package. Open Settings.
On the Settings interface click Apps on the left pane. Click Apps and features on the right.
Scroll to the Microsoft Office installation package and right-click the Office Installation package, and select Uninstall. When the settings ask for confirmation, click Uninstall and the package will be uninstalled. Then restart your computer and reinstall Office.
8] Use the Offline installer to install Office
To download the Offline Installer, go to www.Office.com and sign in with your account.
If you have an Office Microsoft 365 subscription select Install Office, you will also need to select Install Office on the Installs page.
In the Download and install window select Offline installer and select the language you want Office to be in. Then select Install. Once you see the pop-up on your browser window about the download select Save in Edge, Open when done in Chrome, Save File in Firefox. The file will begin downloading on your PC. Once the download is completed, Open File Explorer and locate a new virtual drive for example (D:), this file contains the Office installation files. If you do not see the new drive locate the image file you have downloaded and double-click it. The new drive will appear in the directory. To install the offline Installer, select the Office folder from the virtual drive and double-click either the Setup32.exe to install the 32-bit version of Office, Setup64.exe to install the 64-bit version of Office to begin the Office installation. Once, you see the message, you’re all set, you can access your Office applications. After Office installation activates Office. In most cases, Office is activated once you have started an application and after you click Accept to Agree to License terms. After activating Office and before starting using it ensure it has the latest updates.
